One word...amazing !

I cannot recommend this house enough, it's close to everything which is really convenient, lovely and spacious and very clean. The outside area is fantastic, again with lots of space and very private, we loved spending time as a family together eating on the deck and the view over the lake is lovely. We all loved the pool and spa ! There was nothing better than sitting on the master bedroom balcony in the evenings after busy days at the parks with the children and enjoying a nice glass of wine overlooking the lake and listening to the wildlife, it really is a lovely place. There was everything there that we needed and the second lounge was great for the kids to go and relax in themselves and they loved all the entertainment in the games room (we all did) ! There was lots to choose from. We have recently come back and are already looking to book again next year, I wouldn't stay anywhere else after being here!

Great stay

What a great stay we had. A lovely big house in a quiet and tranquil location. Comfy beds, fluffy towels and lots of space. The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great. Really convenient location. supermarket and shops nearby and easy access to the I4. Around 15/20 minutes to Disney parks. Thank you for a great stay.

The perfect vacation home

Very clean and homey...padio,pool and hot tub were super too...would definitely rent this house again. Ideally located close to all parks and champions gate along with Kissimmee...neighbors and area are super for all families. Would stay longer next time.

My family has stayed at several rental houses in this area over the past several years and this was by far our favorite. The house was gorgeous, so tastefully decorated, and not cluttered at all while containing everything we needed. The Master Suite was lovely, and my husband and I really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every evening after the kids had gone to bed. The other 3 bedrooms were beautiful as well and the kids were thrilled to have their "own" TVs. The game room was a lot of fun, especially the Air Hockey. The pool, spa tub, and patio were a highlight of our trip. We paid extra for the pool heat and it was wonderful, no problems. The view from the pool area was great as well, and we even saw an alligator in the pond one day! We easily traveled to Disney Springs and Celebration several times with the trip taking 20 minutes or less. We also traveled to Cocoa Beach for the day from here, about an hour and a half away. There's a Tree Trek about 10 minutes away that the kids loved. A great location with plenty of grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants in the vicinity. We appreciated the quiet of Lake Wilson Preserve. We look forward to returning to this house in the future.

Absolutely perfect once again

This was our second visit to this wonderful home and we absolutely loved it. Always immaculately presented and in the most convenient location for all the attractions. As soon as we arrived we could not wait to get outside on the fabulous pool deck and take in the lovely view of the lake. Great house and we have already booked again for 2019. Thanks again!

The house was very beautiful and clean

Even more beautiful than in the pictures! The host was very helpful and answer very quickly our questions. I really recommend the place! Is a little bit far from downtown, but there’s stores and gas stations very close.

Everything thing was excellent just like in the pictures, not so far from parks it takes you about 15-20 mins by car, the host had a quick response to the questions I asked and was helpful. I recommend it for families.

Great place to stay

Perfect Vacation Spot

The house we spent our vacation in was spectacular. Very large with enough room for the entire family, we have three college age and one high school aged kids who found the house fantastic. The heated pool and hot tub was a big hit every day of our stay. I did find out that the price we spent on the house was not the total amount. It is going to cost an additional 700 to 800 dollars. My wife wants to us buy a new bed to match the one in the master suite which was soooo comfortable. Any one who uses this house you are in for a real treat. The house is close to all attractions and the coast as well. Thank you for sharing your house with us. Great Vacation!!

Terrific House!!

This property is a great rental, we were very satisfied. The pool area is very spacious with plenty of seating. Everything was clean and well kept up. The house is in a good central location close to stores and restaurants! Definitely recommend this rental 100%. We will rent this house again when we visit Orlando!

Perfect Get Away Spot

Beautiful house , lots of room. All the amenities you need !!

Was very clean and well maintained. Pool heat worked great. Except for Friday it seemed a bit cooler. Maybe because of the cold weather Wednesday. Lots of chairs outside and many towels etc supplied. Wonderful trip. Thanks again !! We will come back and recommend to friends.

Great experience!

Started off a little shaky with no wifi but the guys acted fast and hooked us up after Day 1. They also brought us a bbq which was awesome. The pool and hot tub were great after some hectic days at the parks. House was incredible and clean! Recommend it to everyone. Close to everything we went too. Max 2 hrs to Clearwater and under 40 mins to Orlando with traffic. Kennedy Space center was 1-1/2. Grocery, Licquor, Gas Station, Drug Store 2 mins away. So convenient it was sick. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing villa in the best location. Central to everything but simply peaceful.

Well kept spacious villa overlooking the lake. Nice big pool and hot tub. The perfect villa. Less than half hour from the airport, 10 mins to the parks and shopping. Home from home can’t wait to come back.

Enjoyed our stay. Oddly enough one the items my family really enjoyed was the towels! We had plenty and they were amazing. House was clean, had plenty of space, and all of the information was provided. Communication was great and we even got a response within 2 hours of requesting additional heat to the spa! Would stay again.

EXCELENTE CASA PARA PASAR TUS VACACIONES!!!

Una casa hermosa, tal cual las fotos. Un barrio tranquilo, mucha paz. Es la casa que a todos nos gustaría tener. Somos un matrimonio con 3 hijos y todos estábamos muy cómodos. La volveríamos a elegir mil veces mas. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan maravillosa. Todo salio tal cual lo soñado, la estamos recomendando a nuestros amigos viajeros.
