I just spent a week in this property with my family of four and had a great stay. This property is a townhouse in the Encantada Resort. This particular townhouse has THE best location of the several hundred within Encantada. The clubhouse is only about 100 feet away, close enough to walk to without even flip flops, but far enough that we didn't hear kids screaming in the pool. The clubhouse features a bar/restaurant that served decent burgers and wraps. There is a game room with a couple arcade games and a ping pong table and my kids told me that on one visit there was an Xbox hooked up to the TV. My kids preferred the clubhouse pool to the small one on the patio mainly because it was kept at 80 degrees and had enough room to throw a ball around. I was really glad we didn't have to drive to the clubhouse as you would have to from most of the other townhouses. They also enjoyed hearing the British accents of many of the families around the pool. We learned that there is a timeshare company at Encantada that does a great deal of business in England so many guests were from overseas. The location is terrific for Disney World, only about 10 minutes by car. Universal and Sea World are slightly farther, maybe 25 minutes. There were tons of restaurants and shopping areas available within 5 minutes, so don't worry if you forget something. The townhouse itself is just as billed. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean (at least when we arrived). The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. We made breakfast everyday and planned to cook dinners, but frankly there were so many restaurants we couldn't bring ourselves to cook after a day in the parks. Again, this is probably the best unit in the entire complex. It's on the end of a row, so half the chance of a noisy neighbor. It has it's own pool, which not all units did. It has a great view out the back door to the lake. It's screened porch seemed to be about 10 feet wider than most other units, affording the room for an outdoor eating area.

The house was great and Oivinds place was beautiful stylish and had the feel of being at home. Anytime I had a question before and during my stay he was very responsive. All in all a great stay and experience and we definitely will be going back again

We love the accommodation we have rented in Encantada it has everything we need. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated, the pool is just an added bonus for us. We will definitely rent this house again if we come back here.

I had a great time in this house. I'll definitely came back as soon as possible. It has a big space for a family and a private pool to rest. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has the necessary to cook.

Such a great time! Could NOT have asked for anything more. Location was great. Close to all amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, Disney, Universal, etc. Location within Encantada was premier!!! Own private pool yet only one minute walk to main pools and clubhouse. We would definitely come back for a future Disney vacation!

The house is beautiful, very spacious, bright, with a very nice view, very well equipped with everything you need to live in it, within a very quiet neighborhood and with many services for the guest. Also the location of the neighborhood is excellent with respect to parks and places to walk and shopping. Oivind answered all our inquiries and orders super fast and always very friendly. Highly recommended and we will definitely return to your home.

The home was as described, large, well appointed, and in an excellent location! Quiet, relaxing, comfortable bedding, and furnishings, and your own pool...how can you beat that?? The addition of the club house within walking distance and all of their amenities was a bonus! I just wish we had more time.

Perfect! Can't wait to go back. This house is in the perfect location for Disney World (10 minutes in the car). Very near to several good restaurants and it's a beautiful house with very comfy beds. Ideal for families or friends travelling together. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place for a large family. We loved it at 3031 Lantana Ln. So much to do and so close to everything. Even though the weather was dreadfully hot we had a great time cooling off in the pool after Disney.

PERFECT VILLA - PERFECT LOCATION. This villa is in such a good location, just off the 192 (which you get to know quite well as it seems to b the main road to everywhere).Villa itself could not be faulted in any way. Close to the resort pool but still private. Wildlife included lizzards, 2 armadillos, 1 racoon and 1 little snake - all outside our screen though :) Not an alligator in sight!! If i ever get a chance to return i would really want to book this villa again. As for Disney / Universal - soo much to do and see that we didn't get the chill out time we wanted but worth every step :) Wish it wasnt over :)

Great house. We had a great time in this property. I will definitely recommended specially if you have kids. The playground was just right there, the main pools and club house was a few steps away, the views to the water very relaxing. The house was clean and had everything you need to make your vacation painless like all kinds of kitchen utensils, playpens, stroller, pool toys. I will go back to this house if I'm visiting Florida again.

Perfect in every way. This house was exacly what we were looking for! Close to Disney Attractions. It had a private pool and very close to Clubhouse pools. The kids made many friends at the Club Pools. Coming back to the house after a day at WDW was just an extention of our great souvenirs of our vacation.
